Directly to the ears
All people need is a small transmitter near
their TV. Because the signal travels across
longer distances, sound goes directly into
their hearing aids – with no need for an
awkward, electronic “necklace.” They can
even wander up to seven meters from the
transmitter.
Switch between sound sources
The Direct TV Link can also be connected
to other audio sources, including stereos
and PCs. Since up to three TV Links can be
paired to one set of instruments, clients can
connect to different media devices and switch
between them as they please.
One button. That’s it.
This is how it works: People turn on the
television, press a button on the hearing aid
or the user-friendly remote control, sit back
– and enjoy. It’s that easy.
Watch with friends and family
– and hear them too
The Direct TV Link can be set so people can
hear other sounds too.
Which means they can enjoy entertainment
with others. What’s more, an unlimited
number of people wearing Beltone True can
use a single Direct TV Link.

Talking to clients about
the Direct TV Link
With this little device, you get sound from
the TV or stereo directly in your hearing
aids. You won’t have trouble understanding
or have to turn up the sound, and you’ll be
able to watch with others.
Set up the Direct TV Link in your office
and show it to them. “Look at this. It
goes on this stand or on the wall near
the TV.
“Then you just turn it on like this. See
how easy it is? Try it.
“I can set it so you can talk to your
spouse at the same time.
“You can have up to three in your home,
and I can set it up for you so all you
have to do is plug it in.

Susan’s story
Susan says that when she watches TV with her
husband, she’s “constantly hitting the volume button
to bring it up higher.” If she doesn’t, she’s constantly
asking what she missed. And she can’t seem to listen
to two things at once.
If the TV is on and the phone rings, for example, she
has to hit the mute button to take the call, and her
husband has to watch TV in another room.
“It’s just an aggravation for the people in your life
– especially a spouse,” she says. “It’s heartbreaking.”

Beltone True, with the Beltone Direct TV Link,
is the first direct-to-the-ear solution to the
television challenge. It’s the easy, comfortable
way to solve an everyday problem for clients
like Susan and the people in her life.
A stable connection to great sound
The Direct TV Link uses the first 2.4 GHz
wireless system in a hearing aid. Yet it’s
proven technology that’s employed in leading
wireless products everywhere. The TV Link
transmits up to seven times more data than
competitor systems, providing better signal
quality and reducing delays: It sends stable
sound directly into clients’ ears in high-quality
stereo.
